Fried Egg Sandwich Recipe

1 – 2 tablespoons
2 large
4 slices

butter
eggs
bread
salt & pepper to taste

Fried Egg Sandwich Directions

In a 8” skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Break eggs into skillet one at a time. Cook egg until the whites start to set, about 30 to 60 seconds. Carefully place spatula under eggs and gently turn fried eggs one at a time. Continue cooking fried eggs for 3 to 5 minutes until done to your taste. If desired, season your fried eggs with salt and pepper.
Lay out 2 slices of sandwich bread onto plate. Top each slice of bread with 1 egg. Top with remaining sandwich bread. Everybody loves a good fried egg sandwich.
