Denver Breakfast Croissant Recipe

2 tablespoons

green pepper, chopped
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
eggs
salt
pepper
milk
cooked ham, diced
American cheese, shredded
croissants split

Recipe Pan Type: large skillet


Denver Breakfast Directions

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add in the chopped green pepper, onions and garlic; sauté until tender.

Crack eggs into a bowl and beat with a fork. Add the salt, pepper, milk, diced ham and shredded cheese, mix Denver breakfast well.

Pour egg mixture into skillet, mixture will cover the pan bottom. Cook your Denver breakfast as if you are cooking a pancake, flip and cook the other side.
Remove from pan.
Cut denver breakfast croissants into 4‘s and place onto a split croissant. Prepare croissants with your favorite condiments.

Recipe Yields: 4 sandwiches
