Swiss Chicken Quiche Recipe

1 unbaked
2 cups

6 ounces
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1/8 teaspoon
1 cup
4 large
1/4 cup
2 tablespoon
2 ounce jar
pie shell
cooked chicken breast,
boneless and skinless
Swiss cheese, shredded
flour
chicken bouillon
ground black pepper
milk
eggs, beaten
onion, chopped
green bell pepper, chopped small
pimientos, chopped and drained

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 45 to 50 minutes
Pan Type: 9" quiche pie pan


Chicken Quiche Directions

Preheat your oven.

Bake the pie shell in preheated oven at 425° for 8 minutes. Remove from oven to wire rack while preparing chicken quiche filling. Reduce oven temperature to 350°.

Dice the cooked chicken and place into a large serving bowl. Add the shredded Swiss cheese and mix well.

In a separate bowl combine the flour, chicken bouillon, ground black pepper, milk and eggs. Beat using a wire whip until fluffy.

Pour egg mixture into chicken mixture. Add the onion, chopped green bell pepper and pimentos. Mix swiss chicken quiche well. Pour chicken quiche into the prepared pie shell.

Bake quiche until set and slightly browned. Let chicken quiche stand for 10 minutes after you remove from the oven. Slice quiche after cooling.
