Peanut Butter Granola Recipe

1 – 18 ounce jar
1/2 cup
3/4 cup
42 ounces
1/3 cup

peanut butter, chunky
butter
brown sugar, packed
old fashioned oats
flax seed

Oven Temp: 250°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Pan Type: roasting pan

Granola Recipe Directions

Preheat your oven.

Pour the oats and flax seed into roasting pan, stirring to blend.

In a small saucepan combine the peanut butter, butter and brown sugar, cook over medium heat until peanut butter mixture is completely blended together.
Pour over oat mixture and stir peanut butter granola gently.

Bake peanut butter granola, stirring every 10 minutes to prevent granola mixture from sticking together.
