Ham Sausage Egg Casserole Recipe

bulk sausage
ham, cubed
onion, chopped
green bell pepper, chopped
eggs, beaten
milk
heavy whipping cream
dry mustard
garlic powder
salt
pepper
pimentos, chopped
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Swiss cheese, shredded
cubed
shoestring hash browns, frozen

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 45 – 50 minutes
Pan Type: 9 x 13" baking pan


Egg Casserole Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a large skillet brown the sausage, ham, chopped onions and peppers together.
Crack eggs into a large mixing bowl, add the milk, whipping cream, dry mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper and pimentos, beat with a wire whip or use a fork.
Add the shredded cheeses, cubed bread and hash browns, stirring well.
Drain the sausage mixture and add to the egg mixture, mix well and pour into a casserole pan. Bake ham sausage egg casserole for the allotted time or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

Recipe Serves: 9 – 12

Recipe Note: As far as egg casseroles go, this ham sausage egg casserole will fill you up and make you smile.
