| 2 cups 1/2 cup 1 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 cup 2 5 – 6 cups 5 teaspoons |
hottest tap water sugar salt vegetable oil eggs flour yeast |
| Oven Temp: 350º Cooking Time: 15 – 20 minutes Pan Type: baking sheet |
| Preheat Oven. Mix yeast with 3 cups flour. Set aside. In a large bowl, place the water, sugar, salt, oil and eggs. Mix well. Add the flour and yeast mixture and mix adding up to 2 cups more flour until kneading consistency. Knead, let rise until double, shape into rolls, rise again. Place in oven to bake. Note: I use a Kitchen Aid mixer, it mixes and does the kneading for me. I like to use bread flour because it makes the rolls lighter. Serves: 26 |
