Company Biscuits Recipe

2 cups
1 tablespoon
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1/2 cup
2/3 cup		 flour
baking powder
cream of tarter
salt
sugar
shortening
milk

Oven Temp: 425°
Recipe Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Pan Type: baking sheet


Company Biscuits Directions

Preheat the oven.

Stir together the flour, baking soda, cream of tarter, salt and sugar. Add the shortening and blend with a fork until crumbly. Stir in the milk and mix until all dry ingredients are moistened. Pat the company biscuits dough and then cut into desired size or shape biscuits. Bake company biscuits and then serve them up.

Recipe Yields: 10 – 12

These biscuits are a wonderful way to brighten up any table. Serve along with any of your other favorite recipes.
