Aloha Bread Recipe

Lana’s

1 cup
2 cups
4 large
1 cup
4 cups
2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon
3/4 teaspoon
1 cup
1 – 15 ounce can		 butter
granulated sugar
eggs
bananas, mashed
all purpose flour
baking powder
baking soda
salt
flaked coconut
pineapple, crushed
nonstick pan spray

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 65 – 70 minutes
Pan Type: 2 – 9 x 5" bread loaf pans


Aloha Bread Directions

Preheat the oven.

In a large mixer bowl cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and bananas, then mix well. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended. Add the coconut and un drained pineapple. Mix Aloha bread batter well and pour into the bread pans that have been sprayed with pan spray. Bake Aloha bread for the allotted time or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Recipe Yields: 2 bread loaves.
