Apple Loaf Recipe Two

1 teaspoon

1/2 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
4 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoon
1 cup
2 teaspoons
2 tablespoons
granulated sugar
shortening
eggs
vanilla
apples, chopped fine
all purpose flour
salt
baking soda
milk
vinegar
pecans
cinnamon
sugar
nonstick pan spray

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Pan Type: 9 x 5" loaf pan


Apple Loaf Directions

Preheat the oven.

In a large bowl combine the first amount of granulated sugar and shortening, then beat until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well. Stir in the apples. In a small bowl mix the milk and vinegar, then add it to the sugar mixture. Add the flour, salt, baking soda and pecans. Mix apple loaf batter until well blended. Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together in small bowl, then sprinkle over top of apple loaf bread. Bake apple loaf two for the allotted time or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Recipe Serves: 10 – 12

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier.
