1 cup
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1 cup
1 teaspoon
3/4 cup
1/4 cup
1 tablespoon

egg
milk
vegetable oil
sugar
all purpose flour
salt
wheat flour
yellow corn meal
baking powder

nonstick pan spray

Oven Temp: 425°
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Pan Type: muffins pans

Grain Muffins Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a large mixing bowl beat the egg until fluffy, add the milk and oil.
Stir gently to blend. Next, add the sugar, flour, salt, wheat flour, corn meal and baking powder.
Mix grain muffins batter on low setting just until all dry recipe ingredients are moistened.

Spray the muffins pan and fill 2/3 full with batter.
Bake your yummy grain muffins until done.

Recipe Serves: 8 good grain muffins
