Cheesy Bacon Muffins Recipe

Bacon Muffins Directions

Preheat your oven and spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Cook bacon until crisp, then drain on paper towels.
In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, mix well.
Crumble the bacon. Add the bacon and shredded cheese, mix well.
Cut in the shortening with a fork or pasty blender.
Add the egg and milk, mix just until dry recipe ingredients are moistened.
Fill muffin pan with cheesy bacon batter. Bake your bacon muffins until done.
