Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

2 1/2 cups
3/4 teaspoon
1/2 cup
1 1/2 cups
1 cup
1 teaspoon
1 1/4 cup
3 		flour
salt
vegetable oil
mashed ripe bananas
chocolate chips
baking soda
sugar
eggs

Oven Temp: 325°
Recipe Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Pan Type: muffins pan


Chocolate Chip Muffins Directions

Preheat your oven.

Sift the flour, salt and baking soda together, then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl beat the eggs, add sugar, oil and mashed bananas.
Add the dry recipe ingredients and chocolate chips, stir well.
Pour banana chocolate chip muffins batter into lined muffin tins and bake for the allotted time or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Note: Banana chocolate muffins stay hot. Will take some time for muffins to cool down.

Recipe Yields: 12 – 18 muffins
