Potato Bread

for Bread Machine Recipe

1 1/4 cups
2 tablespoons
2 3/4 cups
1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1 tablespoon
1 1/2 teaspoons
1 tablespoon
tap water
butter, softened
bread flour
oat flour
dry potato flakes
sugar
salt
dry active yeast

Pan Type: bread machine


Potato Bread Directions

Add in the following order to your bread pan;

tap water, softened butter, bread flour, oat flour, potato flakes, sugar and salt.
Make a well in top of dry ingredients and add the yeast, making sure it does not touch the water.
Place bread pan in your machine and select large loaf, white bread.
Bake your potato bread according to your manufactures instructions.

Recipe Yields: 1 1/2 pound loaf

Substitute, substitute, substitute. Recipes were made to be messed with. Use alternative ingredients to make your recipes healthier. Cook with broth (low-sodium vegetable, low-fat chicken or beef) instead of with oils. Use vinaigrettes or citrus-juice-based dressings instead of creamy ones, which are often full of saturated fat.
