Two Cheese Spread 2 Recipe

4 ounces
1 1/2 cups
1/8 teaspoon
1/8 teaspoon
2 – 4 tablespoons

blue cheese, crumbled
cottage cheese
hot sauce
Worcestershire sauce
port wine

Recipe Container: blender or food processor

Two Cheese Spread Directions

Combine in a blender or food processor, add the crumbled blue cheese, cottage cheese, hot sauce and the Worcestershire sauce. Blend until smooth and spreadable. Scrape sides of container as necessary. Add enough wine to reach desired spreading consistency. Cover the two cheese spread and refrigerate until ready to use.

Note: Serve with your favorite crackers or small breads.

Recipe Yields: 1 3/4 cup
