Mild Roasted Garlic Recipe

3 whole
1/4 cup
3 tablespoons
garlic heads
water
olive oil

French bread or crackers

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 minutes
Pan Type: 9 x 9" square


Mild Roasted Garlic Directions

Preheat Oven.

Pour the water into the pan. Cut the end off the tops of each head of garlic, enough to expose the cloves inside. Place the garlic, cut side up in a baking pan. Cover pan and place into preheated oven for the allotted time or until the mild roasted garlic is soft. Remove from the oven and let set for 5 minutes for easier handling. Drizzle the center of each garlic head with one tablespoon of olive oil. Remove the roasted garlic from the skins and place into a small serving bowl. Spread mild roasted garlic on your favorite bread or crackers.
