Layered Nacho Dip Recipe
1 – 32 ounce can
taco seasoning mix
dairy sour cream
cheddar cheese, shredded
|Recipe Pan Type: 9 x 13" baking pan
Nacho Dip Directions
In a large skillet brown the meat, onion and garlic until the meat is no longer
pink in the middle. Drain the juices from pan.
Add the package of taco seasoning, 3/4 cup water, salt and pepper. Bring nacho dip
mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and cook the nacho dip uncovered until most of
the water is absorbed. Set aside. Spread refried beans into the bottom
of pan. Mash the avocados with a fork and stir into the mayonnaise. Spread
avocado mixture on top of refried beans. Spread sour cream on top of avocado
mixture. Chop the tomatoes and layer on top of avocado mixture. Layer the
shredded lettuce on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle the ground beef mixture on top of
lettuce. Top the ground beef with the shredded cheese.
Recipe Note: Serve this wonderful layered nacho dip
