7 Layer Mexican Dip Recipe
|1 – 32 ounce can
1 – 6 ounce can
dairy sour cream
ground black pepper
green onions, sliced thin
black olives, sliced
Mexican blend cheese, shredded
salsa if desired

7 Layer Mexican Dip Directions
Open refried beans and spread them into bottom of pan. Mix sour cream and taco
seasoning and spread on top of the beans. In a large serving bowl, mash the avocados.
Add the lemon juice and pepper, stir well. Spread this mixture on top of the sour
cream mixture. Top with the chopped tomatoes. Add the sliced onions, sliced black
olives and top with the cheese. Serve this 7 layer mexican dip recipe with tortilla
chips and salsa if desired.
Recipe Note: This 7 layer dip is a real crowd pleaser
and a favorite by all. On a hot day, chips, dips and fresh fruit can make a whole
meal. You can cook 1 pound lean ground beef and add to your dip recipe.
