Stuffed Mushroom Directions

Preheat your oven.

Clean mushrooms and place onto paper towels to dry.
Snap the mushroom stems off and chop stems.
In a large skillet cook the sausage, chopped mushroom stems, onion and garlic until meat is completely cooked.
Drain well.

Arrange mushroom caps on a cookie sheet.
Fill each cap with meat mixture.
Pour melted butter over stuffed mushrooms.
Sprinkle the stuffed mushrooms with paprika and bake in preheated oven for the allotted time or until brown.
