Mexican Roll Ups Directions

In a medium size bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the sour cream, garlic, cheese, olives and chiles.
Mix well.

Lay out tortillas on the counter and spread with the cheese mixture.
Roll up tortilla and wrap in foil.
Repeat process until all the mexican roll ups are made.
Put roll ups into freezer for one hour.

Remove roll ups from freezer, unwrap and slice.

A favorite way of serving these mexican roll ups is with the salsa poured over the top or as a dip.
