Cheese Spread
for French Bread Recipe

1 loaf bakery
1 cup
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
4 large
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
2 cups
French bread
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
mozzarella cheese, shredded
parmesan cheese
green onions, sliced
Beau seasoning
granulated garlic

paprika for garnish

Oven Temp: broil
Recipe Cooking Time: 5 – 10 minutes
Pan Type: baking sheet

Cheese Spread for French Bread Directions

Preheat your oven.

In a large bowl combine the sharp cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, sliced green onions, Beau seasoning, garlic and mayonnaise.
Mix cheese well.
Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
Spread each half with the cheese spread mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place french bread under the broiler in the center of oven rack for the allotted time or until cheese spread is bubbling and slightly brown.
Serve cheese spread for french bread while still warm.

Recipe Serves: 16 – 24
