Venison Meatloaf Recipe

1 tablespoon

1 cup
1/4 teaspoon
1/2 cup

ground venison
egg
Worcestershire sauce
dry onion soup mix
fine bread crumbs
ground black pepper
ketchup

Oven Temp: 350°
Recipe Cooking Time: 60 x 75 minutes
Pan Type: 9" x 5" meatloaf pan

Venison Meatloaf Directions

Preheat Oven.

In a large bowl combine the ground venison, egg, Worcestershire sauce, dry onion soup mix, bread crumbs and pepper. Mix well.
Turn out into a meatloaf pan and shape.
Top venison meatloaf with ketchup and bake for the allotted time or until done.
Let the cooked venison meatloaf set for 10 minutes before removing or serving.
